For the 77th Indianapolis 500 in 1993, the pace car was the 1993 Chevrolet Camaro Z28, and Chevrolet also produced a matching Silverado pickup truck as a pace truck. The graphic on the pin is what was displayed on the sides of the pace car and truck.
