Vintage 1987 Tide #17 NASCAR Collectible License Plate new old stock Darrell Waltrip - Made in 1987 by Morris Internation Incorporated #32619. Never been used - original plastic still on most of the plate - there is some rips/tears/missing sections of the plastic in which dust/dirt has gotten between plastic & plate over the years.
