Hard to find hard plastic Union 76 ball was a 2001 promotion for 76 racing gas, when it was the official fuel of NASCAR. They made a vroom sound and said "Union 76 the official fuel of NASCAR". They cam with a mounting pole to resemble the orange 76 ball found at NASCAR tracks. Unfortunately they were of very poor quality, some were missing the stand kits. Those that arrived working, did not last long. This doesn't "talk" and was not intended to put on a car antenna. We are retired Union 76 distributors and are downsizing our collection. I do not ship to addresses outside the USA.
