We acquired the majority of his photo collection after his passing. The 1984 PPG Indy Car World Series season was a competitive one for Mario Andretti and the Newman/Haas Budweiser Lola operation. The Newman/Haas team, founded just two years earlier in 1983, was already establishing itself as one of IndyCar's elite organizations.
