We acquired the majority of his photo collection after his passing. This is from a collection of historical Riverhead Speedway, NY photos. Given the sponsor patches (Winston Racing Series and CAM2) and Howe’s active Riverhead tenure, the photo was likely taken and printed in the late 1970s or very early 1980s.
