We acquired the majority of his photo collection after his passing. Waltrip is wearing his full race gear covered in sponsor patches including Gatorade, Champion, DiGard, and Union 76. Darrell Waltrip was in the midst of one of his finest career stretches when this photo was taken at Dover in September 1980.
