Dr. Joseph Mattioli, a dentist by training, built Pocono Raceway into one of NASCAR's most distinctive venues with its unusual triangular 2.5-mile layout. Arm-in-arm with him on the right is Bill France Sr. (or Bill France Jr.), identified on the back simply as 'NASCAR Boss Bill France,' wearing a Winston Racing cap.
