80th Anniversary Enamel Lapel Pin w/ NASCAR Logo (?)

I'm not really sure what this pin is for as NASCAR has not had an 80th Anniversary yet but the pin does have what looks to be the NASCAR color logo on it. All pins are in good to very good pre-owned condition unless noted below.
