I do ship same day if paid for by 11a CST, M-F. Saturday is by 8a. That means is boxed up and taken inside to the postal counter and handed over to the postal worker who scans it. I do combine shipping on multiple items bought together only if all items are placed in your cart and you hit the request invoice update. Once returned to you, you then pay. No request, no discount.
