Saturday is by 8a. That means is boxed up and taken to the inside counter of post office and handed to the postal clerk. Then it gets scanned for shipping. I do combine shipping on multiple items bought together only if all items are placed in your cart, you then hit the update invoice request. Once returned, you can then pay. No request, no discount.
