Not sure if is new in the box or if have been used. To me appears not opened. There is a tear and a bend on the box. Can be seen in pics. Please look at the pics closely for they are the description. This contains: Blue Thunder, TMNT, El Toro Loco, Grave Diggers and Jurassic Attack. I do ship same day if paid for by 11a CST, M-F. Saturday is by 8a. That means it is boxed up and dropped off inside at the counter for postal worker to take and scan it. Thanks for looking and I only ship within the U.S.!
